Upstairs there is a double room and one twin room, both sharing a large family bathroom adjacent.

The large main bedroom with views of the front garden and river Tay has an en-suite toilet and shower room.
Another room adjacent with fantastic views to the west of Dundee is used as an office.
Large lounge/dining room
Two large studio windows overlook the mature garden with all year round colour framed in a landscape rich with an excellent selection of small garden trees, and an abundance of flowers and fruit, trees and shrubs. Anna shows her garden on this link to the Scottish garden, and in her spare time she can be found in the greenhouse and garden cultivating fruit, including the new saskatoons, flowers and vegetables on the City Road allotment gardens.
Downstairs there is a large spacious utility room with a south facing window and three fitted storage cupboards. A connecting door opens to the integral double garage.
Ample Car Parking
There is an integral double garage off the utility room and ample off-street parking in the large drive at the front of the house.

Directions to the Scottish Artist Studio: from Dundee City Centre go west via the Nethergate onto the Perth Road. Turn right into Invergowrie Drive and first left into Menzieshill Road. 17a is on the large detached house on the right as the road bends left.

Local artist John Stoa has his art studio on the premises and always retains a changing selection of over 50 original paintings on the walls. All guests are welcome to enjoy his gallery of romantic pictures, Scottish landscapes, snow paintings and figures.
These paintings and his limited edition prints are available to purchase for guests at a 10% discount to website price. 
Art is an excellent investment in times of economic recession.
